Connections are greatly challenged during this time of the Coronavirus and need for social distancing. Yet, just like the need to be part of the public health solution, we need to fuel our own health and well-being by regular exercise, and regularly connecting in with others in our lives. Right now, technology has to be the way – phone, text, zoom, email, social media – it’s your choice. Just remember, the message can be just as important. Invite people to share. Listen.
